Blue EDGE is an engaging early intervention program that blends fitness with life skills to boost resilience, encourage healthy and safe decision making, and strengthen community connection.

Run in partnership with police and emergency services, students work alongside positive role models in a safe, supportive space that builds trust and respect beyond the classroom.

Delivered in small groups of up to 20 over 8 weekly sessions, Blue EDGE combines fun fitness activities with practical workshops Blue EDGE works best with a mix of students—including those who may be disengaged from school, those interested in fitness and mental health, and those with leadership potential. This diverse group dynamic creates a supportive environment where students can learn from each other’s strengths, challenge different perspectives, and build empathy.

Workshop topics include:

  • Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Healthy and Safe Decision Making
  • Empathy in Action

Schools see real results: improved attendance, stronger classroom engagement, better peer and teacher relationships, and students who are more confident, connected, and resilient.
