Kyabram Blue Light – KyFit – Term 2 2021

KyFit is an on-going program, each Thursday! This term sessions will be run at various locations across Kyabram including parks, schools, pool and the gym!

KyFit is aimed at young people aged between 12 & 18. The program is run and supervised by local police and fully qualified trainers.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in many different forms of fitness and exercise , including fitness boxing (no personal contact), circuit training, station work, team and individual challenges & more.

All participants must have a signed consent form and medical information form signed by a parent or guardian prior to participating in the program.

KyFit provides a safe and supervised environment whilst building positive relationships with police trainers and mentors.

Unfortunately positions are limited due to OH&S, trainer:participant ratio and available equipment, so please contact us if coming down for the first time tom avoid disappointment.
