Program Schedule
Day One
Day one at the Victoria Police Academy in metropolitan Melbourne offers hands-on experiences led by Victoria Police members in their purpose-built facilities and debrief sessions with leadership specialist Corrinne Armour.
Sessions include:
- Operational safety & tactics training where you’ll gear up with police vest and equipment belt to participate in realistic training scenarios
- Critical incident simulation, stepping into a decision-making role in high-pressure scenarios that mirror the frontline policing experience, utilizing maps, radios, and other essential resources
- provocative debriefs to crystalise the leadership learning.
Day Two
Day Two (metropolitan Melbourne venue) takes you deeper into applying leadership lessons in your context. Expect eye-opening discussions, reflective exercises, and contemporary leadership concepts, all grounded in the latest neuroscience research.
Deconstruct the two days over dinner and deepen your connection with your peers.
Peer Mentor Coaching
Learn how to extend the program’s impact through continuous learning for three weeks after the program concludes. Through structured mentoring, participants will support each other between workshops and beyond.
Day Three
The program concludes with an introduction to advanced leadership concepts and thought-provoking discussions, solidifying your learning journey (metropolitan Melbourne venue).
This will be followed by an exclusive lunch featuring an informal conversation with the Victoria Police Chief Commissioner, Shane Patton*.
