Blue Light Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation, established in 1976, that delivers a range of early intervention and prevention programs for children and young people across Victoria.
What we do
School and Community Programs
We deliver a range of early intervention and prevention programs for young people across Victoria that aim to build resilience and wellbeing by encouraging healthy and safe choices.
Our Branches
Our branches are located across Victoria and continue to connect young people to discos, mentoring, sporting and youth engagement events and activities. These all-foster connection to peers and community in a safe environment.
Evidence and Impact
We work with the Assessment and Evaluation Research Centre (AERC) at the University of Melbourne to undertaking evaluation of our programs, ensuring they meet the needs of young people and deliver positive program outcomes.
Our Partners
Victoria Police
Victoria Police actively assist us by providing personnel for our programs, with over 398 officers involved in 2023, offering in-kind services, training opportunities, and marketing support.
Australian Federal Police
Australian Federal Police have partnered with Blue Light Victoria since 2024 to engage with young people in School Based programs across Victoria.
Emergency Services Partners
Ambulance Victoria and Triple Zero Victoria along with other community partners support our DASH program for students in Years 5-6, throughout Victoria.
BankVic
BankVic are one of our generous partners who provide financial, volunteer and in-kind support across a range of Blue Light activities, enabling us to inspire, engage and equip young people to be their best self.
