Fran joined the Blue Light Victoria Team in April of 2024. She brings with her an extensive administration experience having worked in the Health Sector and for professional membership bodies for over 30 years.

As the Administration Program Officer she oversees the administration setup of the Blue EDGE and DASH programs, including stakeholder engagement and resource management. Fran is an integral part of the Blue Light Team, ensuring our school programs run smoothly.
