Geeta Kulkarni

Geeta is a Finance business leader and qualified accountant, with over twenty years of experience in audit, tax, assurance, corporate finance, and general management.

She has worked in a diverse range of sectors, starting her career with EY in India; followed by corporate finance and tax roles in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, and Agri infrastructure.

Geeta is currently Vice President, Finance at Copenhagen Infrastructure Services Company (CISC) in Australia. Based in Melbourne she leads the finance team on all Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners projects portfolio for Australia and New Zealand.

She is passionate about applying her financial management to the long-term viability and success of ‘For Purpose’ organisations. In this area, she volunteers her time as Non-Executive Board member and Treasurer at non-profit organisations dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence and homelessness and at-risk youth engagement programs at schools through sports and physical activity.

Geeta has led multidisciplinary teams across finance, procurement, human resources, admin, and IT. She is committed to building a financial vision that supports business operations and financial performance and profitability.
