Business Development Manager
Karen is our Business Development Manager and has been part of the Blue Light Victoria story for over 10 years. During this time, she has contributed across all areas of the organisation, from facilitating programs and adventure camps for young people to coordinating fundraising initiatives.
In her current role, Karen drives the growth and development of Blue Light Victoria, building partnerships and supporting branches across the state to deliver engaging programs and initiatives for young people. She combines a can-do attitude with strategic insight to ensure both operational efficiency and long-term organisational growth.
Karen brings a broad range of expertise to the role, including IT, risk management, governance, project management, and administration, alongside a passion for continuous learning. She is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of young people across Victoria.
