Positive Pathways Program Lead – Latrobe

Melesa Eldred is the 1:1 Program Lead for the Latrobe region at Blue Light Victoria, where she champions meaningful connections and supportive experiences for young people. Drawing on her background in youth engagement, facilitation and community work, Melesa helps to guide the delivery and ongoing growth of the 1:1 mentoring program in local schools and communities across Latrobe.

With hands-on experience working with students in diverse educational and community settings, Melesa brings enthusiasm, creativity and a strengths-based approach to her role. She is passionate about creating environments where young people feel valued, supported and inspired to explore their potential.

Melesa’s commitment to youth development and her collaborative work with mentors, schools and community partners help ensure the 1:1 program is responsive, engaging and impactful. Her focus on building trust, connection and positive experiences makes her a valued member of the Blue Light Victoria team.
