Positive Pathways Program Lead – Melton
Paris Pescos is the 1:1 Program Lead at Blue Light Victoria for the Melton region, bringing a deep sense of optimism, energy and commitment to supporting young people. She is passionate about working alongside young people to help them build confidence, connection and positive pathways for their futures.
Paris has a strong background in group facilitation and youth engagement. She is driven by creating inclusive environments where people can play, connect, have fun and learn together.
In her role with the 1:1 program, Paris supports the smooth delivery and ongoing growth of the program, working closely with young people, mentors and partners to create meaningful, supportive experiences.
