Blue Light Victoria is a trusted charity established in 1976.
With long-standing partnerships across police, emergency services, schools, and community organisations, we deliver locally tailored programs that help young people develop resilience, positive relationships, and confidence in themselves and their communities.
Our work focuses on early intervention, reaching young people at the right time with support that keeps them connected to education, builds pro-social skills, and reduces the likelihood of harm or justice system involvement.

Victoria Police
Victoria Police are active partners across all our programs, engaging directly with young people as trusted adult role models, helping to build positive relationships and stronger community connections.
This partnership also supports Victoria Police’s A Safe Victoria strategy, its Schools Engagement Model and Neighbourhood Policing initiatives.
Australian Federal Police
Australian Federal Police have been partnering with Blue Light Victoria since 2024 through our school-based programs, supporting young people to make positive choices and connect with their community.
Emergency Services Partners
Ambulance Victoria, Fire Rescue Victoria, Triple Zero Victoria and Victoria State Emergency Service play a key role in our programs, fostering positive relationships with young people, promoting community safety, and providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
