Frontline
Safety through Community Connection
Frontline is an interactive, full-day early intervention program that helps young people explore what safety means in their lives, their choices, and their communities. Students are encouraged to understand their role in the community, see themselves as active and valued members, and recognise how their actions contribute to the wellbeing of others.
Run in partnership with police and emergency services, students engage directly with frontline personnel through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios. These positive interactions build trust, strengthen relationships and provide positive exposure to community role models.
Delivered on-site at schools, Frontline brings students together in small groups for a dynamic day of activity, discussion, and reflection. Through a series of engaging stations, students explore personal safety, wellbeing, teamwork, and decision-making, while developing a stronger sense of connection, responsibility, and belonging.
Workshop and Activity Themes Include:
- Recognising when to act
- Teamwork and problem-solving
- Safe and informed decision-making
- Help-seeking and supporting others
- Respectful communication and relationships
- Community connection, safety, and wellbeing
Schools see real impact.
Stronger connections with police and emergency services, improved understanding of safety and community, and students feel more confident, capable, and connected to the world around them.
