Administration Program Officer
Fran joined the Blue Light Victoria team in April 2024, bringing more than 30 years of extensive administration experience across the health sector and professional membership organisations.
In her role as Administration Program Officer, Fran oversees the administrative setup and coordination of Blue Light Victoria’s In School programs, supporting stakeholder engagement and effective resource management. A valued and integral member of the Blue Light Victoria team, Fran plays a key role in ensuring our school-based programs are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
