Programs Coordinator – Western Victoria
Oliver Scott (Ollie) is a dedicated Programs Coordinator at Blue Light Victoria, based in the Ballarat region with a strong background in primary education and youth development. Before joining Blue Light Victoria, Ollie worked as a primary school teacher, where he developed deep skills in classroom engagement, student wellbeing and community connection.
In his current role, Ollie leads the delivery of key school-based initiatives, including the Blue EDGE, CoRE and DASH programs, helping young people explore their values, build confidence and make safe, positive choices in their everyday lives. He works closely with schools, community partners and program facilitators to ensure meaningful and impactful experiences for students across Western Victoria.
With his enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to young people, Ollie plays an important role in strengthening local communities and supporting youth to thrive academically, socially and personally.
