Casual Facilitator – Expression of Interest

Are you passionate about helping young people reach their full potential?
Blue Light Victoria is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Casual Facilitators. This exciting role involves delivering fun, engaging, and meaningful programs to school students across Victoria — building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of community.

About the Role

As a Blue Light Victoria Facilitator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the lives of young people while representing an organisation dedicated to creating positive change.

Deliver a range of interactive programs designed for primary and secondary school students.
Inspire and engage students in activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and wellbeing.
Prepare materials and ensure sessions run safely, smoothly, and with plenty of energy.
Collaborate with schools and fellow facilitators to adapt programs to meet the needs of each group.
