Kirsty Roberts is the Training & Program Development Coordinator at Blue Light Victoria, where she plays a key role in designing, developing and delivering high-quality youth engagement programs. With extensive experience in youth work, education and community services, Kirsty brings creativity, insight and a strong commitment to supporting young people and the professionals who work alongside them.

In her role, Kirsty leads the development of engaging curriculum and facilitator training across all Blue Light programs. She works collaboratively with schools, community partners and internal teams to ensure programs are practical, relevant and empowering for young people across Victoria. Kirsty’s focus on inclusive, strengths-based practice helps create safe, meaningful experiences that foster confidence, resilience and positive decision-making.

Kirsty’s background includes roles in youth support, case management, wellbeing and community development, giving her a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing young people today.
