Passionate about social inclusion, Carolyn’s work has spanned across multiple portfolios within the justice and social services sectors. She believes strongly in preventative and early intervention approaches to support young people achieve their full potential.
As a seasoned leader with an extensive background in strategic planning, research and evaluation, project management and stakeholder engagement. Carolyn has previously worked at Victoria Legal Aid, the Magistrates Court of Victoria and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
As Head of Strategy, Insights and Impact, Carolyn is dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement and achieving organisational objectives through trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
