Rosy’s professional career has been spent working in organisations with a strong focus on social justice, with the aim to improve outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage, including young people. She joined Blue Light Victoria in 2024 and has stayed on as the Lead to deliver the Positive Pathways Program – an innovative program delivering youth focused crime prevention programs across Bendigo, Latrobe and Melbourne.
Rosy has extensive experience in the Victorian government and justice sector managing programs and projects. She has a strong background in service delivery, research, evaluation, policy and project management, with a commitment to quality.
Rosy is so impressed with the dedication of BLV staff, police, emergency services and community volunteers to provide time and resources to improving the lives of young people. Through Positive Pathways, she is excited about the expansion of Blue Light programs to include greater numbers of young people being able to take part in life changing programs.
