Ruby is a recent graduate of Deakin University, studying a Bachelor of Business with a major in Organisational Psychology.

She is passionate about understanding human behaviour in the workplace and is applying this expertise to support people focussed organisations within the not-for-profit sector.

As Project Officer, Ruby is responsible for assisting in managing key projects, driving collaboration both within and outside the organisation, and fostering positive change within the community. Ruby is excited to use her knowledge in both business strategy and psychological principles to create impactful solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee well-being.
